Do I need a license to ride a jetski?
No license required! We provide a complete safety briefing and basic operation training before you head out.
What's the minimum age to ride?
18 years to drive (16 with parental consent). Passengers must be 10+ years or 1.2m tall.
Can two people ride on one jetski?
Absolutely! Up to 2 people can ride together for the same price. Maximum combined weight: 200kg.
What's included in the price?
Everything! Premium jetski, fuel, life jackets, safety briefing, insurance, and marina facilities (showers, changing rooms).
Where exactly do we meet?
Valencia Marina. We’re easy to find. Head for Aloha Bar and look for JetSkiXperience flags.
When should I arrive?
15 minutes before your booking time for paperwork and safety briefing. Late arrivals may lose their slot.
What if I've never ridden a jetski before?
No worries! Most of our customers are first-timers. Our instructors will have you riding confidently in minutes.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Our bookings are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule or make any changes, contact us with as much notice as possible and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
